Leak Detection Using Borescope Cameras

Upon arrival, we were met with the Property owner who informed us that they were experiencing water ingress from the flat above, they were unsure of what the cause might be.

Using a simple borescope camera we identified the kitchen in the flat above as the likely location of the water leak. We removed the boxing that housed the mains water and gas supply pipe in the kitchen above.

This proved successful and we were able to locate the issue, being a defective fitting on the mains water supply pipe.
